Orientation: Moving into Presence

This is a 30-minute movement meditation guided by Mark Taylor.

Meeting with novelty or threats in the environment, our bodies normally react with a stress response, which prevents us from being fully present. Mark guides us in orienting and re-orientating through our senses, to increase comfort in our bodies; comfort within our personal spaces; and comfort within the spaces (even virtual spaces) we share with others.
