Chakra Balancing

This is a 30-minute meditation guided by Michelle Holling-Brooks.

Chakra balancing is based on the ancient Indian belief in a series of seven chakras, or energy centers. Chakra balancing is believed to promote health and resilience by maximizing the flow of energy in the body.  Michelle Holling-Brooks will be your guide as you sense deeply into your body, becoming grounded, rooted, and balanced.
